Pre Inspection

$50

I will check the property and let you know the things you need to do to pass you rental inspection.

**There will be a $50 fee if I come, but do no perform the pre-rental inspection due not being able to access the property**

Rental Inspection/ Property Inspection

$90/ Single Family

$70/ Unit if multifamily (If you have more than one unit in the single family then it is considered multifamily for pricing)

$50 for Re-Inspection due to failing inspection (Re-Inspection is free if the inspector deems pictures are suitable)

**There will be a $50 fee if I come, but do no perform the rental inspection due not being able to access the property**

Lead Inspections

Lead Dust Inspection/ Clearance Inspection/ Home Safety Inspection

Baltimore City

$23/ SAMPLE *MINIMUM OF 7 SAMPLES

$25/ sample *under 7 samples

**There will be a $50 fee if I come, but do no perform the lead inspection due to flaking and/or peeling paint or if I am not able to access the property**

Baltimore County and Surrounding Areas

$25/ SAMPLE

**There will be a $75 fee if I come, but do no perform the lead inspection due to flaking and/or peeling paint or if I am not able to access the property**
